Shinsuke Ishii, owner and chef of Michelin star French restaurant, Sincere, collaborates with Transit General Office in creating an original bakery, PUFFZ. This bakery is located inside Uplight COFFEE; another original café inside Shibuya station. The sweet smell of the signature choux cream (cream puffs) will bring customers in from miles and miles away.
